The Baltimore City Department of Transportation will hold an open house informational session to inform citizens of the traffic management plans for the 2011 inaugural Baltimore Grand Prix Race. The tree day "Festival of Speed" will be held Labor Day weekend on September 2 - 4, 2011.

The 2011 Inaugural Baltimore Grand Prix Race will be held Sept. 2 - 4. In preparation for and during the race festival, modifications to traffic and transit routes will be made.

A revised Orange and Purple Route will be run:
Wednesday, August 31, 7:30pm - Monday, September 5, 9:00pm.

Revised hours of operation for the Grand Prix:
Saturday, September 3, 7:00am - Midnight
Sunday, September 4, 7:00am - 10:00pm

Pylon removal

Thursday, July 07

Beginning July 9, pylons at the following stops will be removed for service and repair. Metal signs will be temporarily installed.

Orange Route: Stop 221 - National Aquarium
Purple Route: Stop 304 - Fayette Street

Artscape, July 15 - July 17. Revised Purple Route to be run.

Artscape, billed as American's largest free arts festival with over 150 artists will be held July 15 - July 17, Friday through Sunday. With a full schedule of live entertainment, family events and a menu of international food, there's something for everyone!

The Inner Harbor is home to Baltimore's spectacular 4th of July celebration. Enjoy live entertainment, starting at noon with performances at the Inner Harbor Amphitheater, located at Pratt and Light streets, and Inner Harbor West Shore Park, near the Baltimore Visitor Center at 401 Light Street. The fireworks display starts at 9:30pm.

Headway: Every 30 minutes.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No round trips permitted.

After Hours Service

After 7:00 PM and on weekends, Tide Point will be served by the regular Water Taxi service at the regular fee.
Between 2:30 - 3:30 PM daily, the boat will be out of service for fueling and maintenance.

Weather Policy/Alternate Shuttle Service

Service will be temporarily stopped if there is inclement weather. Please call 410.563.3900 or 800.658.8947 for further information and notice of cancellation. A cancellation message for this service will be on by 6:45am.
