Orange Route change: Stop 222 - Pier 5 Relocation

Effective Monday, April 26th, Stop 222 - Pier 5 (717 Eastern Ave.) will be permanently relocated to the intersection of Pratt and President Streets. Please note the new stop name: MARKET PLACE.

Due to utility work along Lombard and Greene Streets, service will be temporarily suspended to Stop 217 - Univ. of MD Medical Center until further notice.

Lombard Street Lane Closures, Saturday, April 17th

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation today announced that a portion of Lombard Street will be closed on Saturday for a crane operation. On Saturday, April 17, 2010 Lombard Street will be closed between Greene Street and Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. with detours in effect.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity are encouraged to use alternate routes.


The Charm City Circulator Reaches 100,000th Passenger Milestone

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation celebrated the 100,000th passenger to ride the Charm City Circulator. Baltimore’s new shuttle service has proven to be a huge success for residents, employees and tourists traveling in the busy downtown district. Ridership has averaged more than 1,200 passengers per day and buses have maintained the promised 10 minute headway.
