Full Time Lane Closures on Pratt Street Start Monday

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation recently began its Downtown Infrastructure Improvement Project with construction work along Pratt Street. The Downtown Infrastructure Improvement Project is an extension of the Department of Transportation’s Operation Orange Cone program. Operation Orange Cone is a citywide effort engineered by the Department of Transportation to improve roadways and infrastructure throughout the city.

Staging and road construction on Pratt Street is scheduled to begin on
Monday, August 2nd between Paca and Howard Street.  Delays in service
are expected along the Orange Route.

Expect minor delays to the Orange Route service this weekend.

Please anticipate minor delays to the Orange Route service due to heavy traffic for Otakon at the Baltimore Convention Center this weekend, Friday, July 30 - Sunday, August 1.

Train ride season returns! Come take a round trip ride along the first commercial mile of railroad track, recognized as the birthplace of American railroading. With paid admission train ride tickets are $1.00 for children ages 2-12 and $2.00 for adults and seniors(60+). B&O Members are free!
