NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC HEARING

Baltimore City’s Department of Transportation herby notifies the general public and all other interested parties that a three-week period has been established during which they may request a public hearing on the Fiscal Year 2018 Annual Transportation Plan (ATP) grant application. The annual application requests $3,000,000.00 for the Charm City Circulator’s operation for the next fiscal year from the large Urban Operating Assistance project from the Maryland Transit Administration and Federal Transit Administration. This is an existing grant that will allow continued fixed transit services in and around the Central Business District of Baltimore City. You can find an itemized list of all current capital requests below:

• $300,000.00 Urban Operating Assistance

This three-week period will commence on February 24, 2017 and end on March 20, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. If requested, the Public Hearing on the above mentioned programs will be held on March 30, 2017 staring at 5:00 p.m. and ending at 6:30 p.m., in Memorial Hall of the Baltimore War Memorial building, 101 North Gay Street # D, Baltimore, Maryland 21202.
