Lace up those sneakers, grab some water, and head to the Waterfront for free fitness classes taught by local professional instructors. New this year, brought to you by Medifast - free nutritional sessions, product sampling, giveaways, and cooking demonstrations. May 23rd through September 20th every Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Register once online to attend all classes in the series. Space is limited for kayaking and will be available on a first come, first serve basis. 

Classes at Pierce's Park on Pier V (711 Eastern Avenue)

  • Tuesday - 6:00pm - Yoga by Brick Bodies (Class subject to change based on staff availability)
  • Wednesday - 5:30pm - Boot Camp, Yoga, or Dance by MAC Harbor East (May 27th - June 24th - Bootcamp/HIIT/Tabata, July 1st - July 29th - BARRE/Yoga/Pilates, August 4th - September 16th - Zumba/BOKWA/Latin Jazz Fest)

  • Saturday - 9:00am - Dance2Fitness by Canton Club
  • Sunday - 8:00am - Yoga by Charm City Yoga
  • Sunday - 9:00am - Kayaking by the Department of Recreation and Parks (Limited space available, email LaurenM@WaterfrontPartnership.org for same week reservations. Weekly kayak registration opens each Monday at 8:00 a.m. EST)
